This is fundamentally the same as the preceding several WWII US field manuals. However, it has an exceptional section of “how to” and “how not to” tactics for the use of tank destroyers that also applies to tanks. Though this manual was superseded before Normandy, it provides an interesting insight into the theory of tank destroyers and a lot of valid and valuable information on tank tactics.
